Below are two projects I was involved with in sketching and CAD, available in 2012.
Plancha
An enameled cast iron griddle popularized in Spain, the plancha is a slightly angled smooth surface for cooking. Its surface prevents the juices and tasty bits from falling through the grill grate.

Grill press
A cast iron device, the grill press is placed on the heat source until hot, then used to press down on the top of a cut of meat.
